The lounge area
So, how does it look?
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a newly-built complex, with private parking and a security entry phone system. It will sleep a maximum of 3 people and has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single). On arrival, you will receive a welcome pack which includes milk and bread. Feel at home within beautifully furnished surrounds, presented to meet the requirements of the discerning holidaymaker. Situated in the quiet residential area of Woolbrook, a variety of shops are close by (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, newsagent and petrol station). The town centre and seafront are a 15-minute level walk away.
Living and kitchen area
The lounge area has French doors leading onto a patio area. TV, DVD player, a selection of DVDs, CD player and books are available for use. The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and double electric oven, microwave, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and waste disposal unit. A comprehensive range of kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery are available for use. Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are provided.

Bedrooms and bathroom
The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and cupboard space. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a single bed, wardrobe and cupboard space. Pillows, duvets and all linen are provided and changed weekly. The bathroom is fitted with a wc, wash hand basin, bath with over shower. Towels (bath and hand) are provided and changed weekly.

Please note, the apartment is strictly non-smoking and we regret we do not take pets. Unfortunately the apartment is unsuitable for children under 12 years.
