ACCESS ARRANGMENTS
Arrangements for access to the apartment, location map and key collection are sent out once we have received final payment.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask our guests to arrive after 3.00pm so that the cleaning is complete and to a high standard. Therefore we would request a leaving time of 10.00am.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Cancellation Insurance is not compulsory, but cover is available via Self Catering in Sidmouth for direct bookings.  If you would like to purchase Cancellation Insurance we will be more than willing to assist and send you further information.

If you do not purchase cancellation insurance, the following cancellation charges will apply.
Cancellations made between:
29-42 days prior to arrival = 50% of holiday cost refundable
15-28 days prior to arrival = 25% of holiday cost refundable
Up to 14 days prior to arrival = 10% of holiday cost refundable

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Please read the Booking Conditions.  We are sure you will understand the need for these safeguards, as they enable you to book with confidence.

LOST PROPERTY
A charge will be made for the return of lost property, sent by Recorded Delivery.  While we make all reasonable efforts to return items reported to us by guests after departure, we take no responsibility for lost property that subsequently cannot be found.

SMOKING
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.

PETS
We regret we do not take pets.  

CHILDREN
Unfortunately the apartment is unsuitable for children.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum sleeping occupancy for the apartment is 3 people.
